1.)   Report CHSC 018 by the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Governance and Housing.

2.)   Comments made by the Director of Tenancy Services regarding the options proposed.

3.)   Comments made by the Section 151 Officer with regard to possible financial burdens each options might create.

4.)   Comments made by the Service Manager of Housing Solutions with regard to the potential to join the Peteborough Homes scheme together with South Holland District Council, and the possible benefits.
