    4.             Before the development hereby permitted is commenced, a written scheme of archaeological investigation shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

     

    5.             No development shall take place until an Arboricultural Impact and Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Statement should be carried out to the guidelines in the BS5837 Design, Demolition and Construction and shall include:

           

    a)    a plan identifying which tree(s) on /or just outside the site are to be retained and a tree protection scheme taking into account the impacts from construction work, foundations, hard surfaces, drainage systems, and utilities.

           

    The development shall then be implemented in accordance with the approved scheme.
