    During debate members made the following comments:

    It was proposed, seconded and AGREED that the application be approved for the summary of reasons set out in the case officer’s report together with the following conditions:

     

    Time Limit for Commencement

     

    1      The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission.

    iii.      schedules of plants, noting species, plant sizes and proposed         numbers/densities where appropriate.

    4        No lighting for the access tracks/roads hereby approved shall be brought into use without the specification (including lux levels) of the lighting being first submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The lighting scheme shall then be implemented in accordance with the agreed details.

    It was proposed, seconded and AGREED that the application be approved for the summary of reasons set out in the case officer’s report, together with the amended Section 106 Heads of Terms included with the Additional Information report issued on 22 June 2021 and subject to the following conditions:

    Following a vote the motion was AGREED.
