    ·       The Planning Committee’s previous comments submitted to Lincolnshire County Council

    ·       The Regulation 25 Notice (under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017) served by Lincolnshire County Council and the additional information received as a result of this notice

In considering the application, the Committee felt that the comments submitted to Lincolnshire County Council following previous consideration of the application on 21 August 2019 were not substantive or strong enough to convey the serious concerns of both members of the Committee and members of the public who had submitted representations and spoken at the meeting. Members wished to express their support of the comments made in the public speaking session at the present meeting.

During debate, the Committee raised the following points, which they requested be included in the Council’s consultee response in addition to the original comments submitted to Lincolnshire County Council (LCC):

    ·       Members considered the access at Rookery Lane to be unsuitable for the intended size of vehicle. It was requested that the road be widened to the standard of the A153, with a footpath and streetlighting to be included to protect the safety of pedestrians, including school children, who currently walked along the road

    ·       It was requested that LCC undertakes a full study of the impact of the proposed application on the surrounding wildlife, including land and water habitats, if such a study had not been previously commissioned

    ·       The Committee strongly suggested the inclusion of conditions within the planning permission relating to site working hours, vehicle size and the protection of wildlife

    ·       Members asked that LCC considers the implications of the proposed depth of the site within the application, to establish whether the proposed depth was feasible considering the potential for bank instability and  ...  view the full minutes text for item 81d
