The Engagement Policy Development Group is made up of seven councillors and plays a key role in developing the council’s policies and procedures.

Are Policy Development Group meetings open to the public?

Policy Development Group meetings are open to the public and you are welcome to attend. On rare occasions it might be necessary to exclude the public from a meeting, for instance if the PDG is talking about a personnel issue or if a topic relates to commercially sensitive information.
