Temporary amendments to the South Kesteven District Council Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy

This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
The Council is responding to the Covid-19 outbreak and needs to ensure that arrangements are place to enable the continued delivery of the licensing function during that period. The impact of the virus cannot easily be predicted, therefore it is important for the Council to make sure appropriate arrangements are in place to deliver its services. This means that it is not possible to give 28 days' prior notification of the decision, nor wait for the expiration of the call-in period.
