Section 71 of the Planning and Conservation
Area act (1990) required local planning authorities to formulate
and publish proposals for the preservation and enhancement of any
parts of their area that are designated as Conservation
Areas.
As such, this Cabinet Report is seeking approval of consultation on
the Grantham Conservation Area boundary amendment, appraisal and
management plan.
