To seek approval for the variation of works to the existing Customer Services fit out contract previously awarded to Lindum Group Ltd for the inclusion of a solar PV system to serve the Customer Services and existing Picture House Council Office.

 

Decision:

That approval is granted to the variation of works to the existing Customer Services fit out contract previously awarded to Lindum Group Ltd for the inclusion of a solar PV system to serve the Customer Services and existing Picture House Council Office.   The increase in budget for the fit out by £30k will be met from the property maintenance reserve.
