The Licensing Officer explained that the Environmental Health Team had made a representation regarding the wording of the conditions attached to the variation application, under the prevention of public nuisance. An amendment had been suggested to include the Noise Management Plan in the conditions.
Members were advised that the revised conditions had been agreed with the applicant.
The Licensing Officer confirmed that both the Environmental Health Team and the applicant had agreed that a hearing was not necessary and could be dispensed with if agreed by the Licensing Authority.
It was proposed, seconded and AGREED that a hearing was not required.
DECISION:
That a hearing was not necessary and could be dispensed with in relation to the application for a variation of a premises licence for Langtoft Pavilion Playing Field, Manor Close, Langtoft, PE6 9NB
