Exclusion of the Press and Public
It is likely that the press and public will be excluded during discussion of the following agenda item because of the likelihood that information that is exempt under paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 12A of the Local government Act 1972 (as amended) would be disclosed to them.
Minutes: It was proposed, seconded and agreed to exclude the public and press from the meeting, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 during consideration of the following item of business because of the likelihood that otherwise exempt information, as described in paragraph 3 of the Act, would be disclosed to them.

Recruitment: Assistant Director of Planning
This report sets out the recommendation that the Employment Committee appoint a suitable candidate to the role of Assistant Director of Planning.
The Employment Committee will form an Interview Panel to consider suitable candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Planning. Discussions will be restricted to only those Members and Officers pertinent to the interviews. Additional documents: Minutes: Further to the undertaking of formal interviews and it having been proposed, seconded and voted upon, it was agreed that an offer of employment would be made for the position of Assistant Director of Planning from those candidates interviewed. |
