To seek approval for South Kesteven District Council to complete a virement of £90,000 into the Change4Lincs budget to cover the forecast spends for the remainder of the year.

That approval is granted for additional in-year grant funding of £90,000 for the Rough Sleeper Initiative to ensure the service can continue to deliver for the remainder of the financial year. 

To consider the recommendations of the examination report following the independent examination of the Rippingale Neighbourhood Plan.  

1)     To approve the proposed modifications to the Rippingale Neighbourhood

Plan, as set out in the Independent Examination report. 

2)     To agree with the recommendation that the modified Rippingale

Neighbourhood Plan can proceed to referendum, within the specified

Neighbourhood area.

1)     To approve the proposed modifications to the Caythorpe and Frieston

Neighbourhood Plan, as set out in the Independent Examination report. 

2)     To agree with the recommendation that the modified Caythorpe and

Frieston Neighbourhood Plan can proceed to referendum, within the

specified Neighbourhood area. 

To seek approval to enter a contract for replacement of the of the existing fire alarm system at South Kesteven House with Lindum.
