The Stamford North Memorandum of Understanding sets out the governance arrangements between South Kesteven District and Rutland County Council to bring forward the comprehensive development of the Stamford North Sustainable Urban Extension. The report and recommendation will be to approve and sign the MoC by the Council and formalise a governance structure.
