To obtain approval to enter into a contract with Impart Links Ltd for the provision of Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) to dwellings that form part of the South Kesteven District Councils housing stock. The contract would be awarded via the Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) Framework for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year plus 1 year.
