To provide Cabinet with an update on the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme Phase 3c grant funding allocation to update the existing heating systems, and Swimming Pool Support Funding (Phase II) Solar PV installation at Grantham Meres Leisure Centre

Action: 1. Delegates authority to the Deputy Chief Executive in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment and Waste, to enter into an appropriate framework to direct award to a suitable contractor to supply and install Solar PV at Grantham Meres Leisure Centre, using the Swimming Pool Support Fund (Phase II) grant administered by Sport England 2. Delegates authority to the Deputy Chief Executive in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment and Waste, to enter into an appropriate framework to direct award to a suitable contractor to carry out the design and installation of an upgraded low carbon heating system, using the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme grant provided by Salix Finance
