Procurement of Food Waste Caddies

Approval is given to award a contract to IPL Global in order to procure food waste caddies.  This follows the conclusion of a Lincolnshire procurement exercise in conjunction with the Lincolnshire Waste Partnership and utilising an ESPO Framework.   The caddies are required for the mandatory roll out (under the Environment Act 2021) of a weekly kerbside food waste collection which will commence is April 2026.
