APPLICATION FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVER'S LICENCE
Report ENV243 from the Head of Environmental Health and Licensing. (Enclosure) Minutes: Decision: -
That the application for a hackney carriage driver’s licence be adjourned until the next meeting of the committee on 2nd December 2005.
The Head of Environmental Health and Licensing advised the Committee that the applicant’s solicitor had requested that the hearing be adjourned because it coincided with the Festival of Eid, celebrating the end of Ramadan. The Committee agreed that in these circumstances, the application should be adjourned. |
