Decision:-

That the applications for street trading consents in lay-bys on the A15 and A52 be deferred until the next meeting of the Committee on Friday December 30^th 2005 to allow representatives from Lincolnshire County Council to attend the meeting and in order for a site visit to take place, to enable an examination of the site’s entrance and exit and the layout of the area.

The Environmental Health Manager explained that applications had been received in respect of street trading consents for lay-bys on the A15 and A52. Objections had been received from Lincolnshire County Council, who had indicted that they would like to attend to explain their objections. Representatives from Lincolnshire County Council had stated they would be available to attend a meeting of the Committee on Friday 30^th December. Members of the Committee agreed that site visits would be appropriate to enable them to consider the applications fully.
