The minutes of the meeting held on 26 September 2018 were agreed as a correct record subject to the inclusion of Councillor Phil Dilks’ apologies in item 7 of the minutes.

The Chairman moved the following motion which was unanimously AGREED by the Committee:

That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during the following item of business because of the likelihood that information that is exempt under Paragraphs 1 and 2 (information relating to an individual or likely to reveal the identity of the individual) of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) would be disclosed to them.

The Employment Committee unanimously AGREED that:

• The senior management structure should be amended to include an additional post of Assistant Chief Executive (Housing Delivery); and

·         Ken Lyon be appointed to the post of Assistant Chief Executive (Housing Delivery)
